They have the house surrounded

Rocco and Honey have joined forces and are outside Patrick's back porch looking into his house. They know where he lives and there's nothing he can do about it. They are both staring him down in his own home. No matter what, Patrick's being watched and he knows it. They both have serious looks on their faces like they mean business. 

For some reason, these two are mad about something and Rocco wanted someone to give Patrick dirty looks with him and that happened to be Honey. It could be assumed that they just wanted to give Patrick dirty looks for fun, because that's one of Rocco's hobbies.
